Otolaryngology Opportunity in Northeast Oklahoma

Join a busy, well-supported ENT practice in Northeast Oklahoma, offering a strong mix of general otolaryngology and the flexibility to incorporate your subspecialty interests. This opportunity is based in a thriving community and supported by a respected medical center, providing both clinical autonomy and collaborative care.


Practice Overview


  • Work alongside 1 Head & Neck Cancer/Facial Trauma Specialist and 2 General ENT Providers
  • Significant support from 2 Audiologists and multiple APPs
  • Perform procedures such as eustachian tube dilation, biopsies, and more
  • Call schedule is one week per month, both phone and in-person


Schedule


  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Average of 20-30 patients daily
  • Dedicated OR block time 2-3 days per week
  • Balance between clinic and procedural time


Compensation & Benefits


  • 2-year guaranteed base salary
  • 60,000+ sign-on bonus and 10,000 relocation assistance
  • 30 days PTO during guarantee, with 5,000 CME allowance
  • Comprehensive health benefits and malpractice coverage

  • BC/BE in Otolaryngology required
  • Open to new graduates; mentorship available
