Our On-Call Food & Beverage Team helps keep the guest experience running smoothly when we need an extra hand. Whether you're serving cocktails at a concert, tending bar at a VIP event, helping guests at the buffet, or keeping things moving behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in creating a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe experience for our guests.

These positions are designed for individuals who enjoy flexibility and are willing to step in when business needs change. On-call team members may be scheduled to support:

  • Concerts & Entertainment Events
  • VIP & Special Events
  • Busy Casino Days & Weekends
  • Staffing & Scheduling Gaps
  • High-Volume Food & Beverage Operations

On-Call Opportunities May Include:

  • Cocktail Server: Provide beverage service to guests throughout the casino and during concerts, VIP events, and special events.
  • Bartender: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing excellent guest service and following all alcohol safety requirements.
  • Buffet Server: Assist guests at buffet operations by providing friendly service, maintaining food presentation, and keeping the dining area running smoothly.
  • Buffet Busser: Keep buffet and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for guests by clearing tables, assisting with dishes and supplies, and supporting the service team.
  • Food & Beverage Attendant: Support a variety of Food & Beverage operations by assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and helping wherever needed.

Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Previous food, beverage, hospitality, casino, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for all positions.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card, as applicable.
  • Ability to successfully complete required alcohol awareness training, as applicable.
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license, as applicable.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of one shift per month.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, concerts, and special events.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, depending on the position.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that may include crowds, loud music, and secondhand smoke.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to internal and external guests.
  • Support concerts, VIP events, special events, and high-volume periods.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests and assist with food and beverage service.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as applicable to the position.
  • Follow all alcohol safety standards, including properly checking identification.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas.
  • Clear and reset tables and assist with maintaining dining and buffet areas.
  • Process guest payments and financial transactions accurately when applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Promote our Big Six: a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist other Food & Beverage areas as business needs require.
