Job description

Job Opportunity At North Coast Orthodontics

North Coast Orthodontics is a family-owned orthodontic office that is seeking a motivated and reliable new member to join our stellar front office team. We are located in Capitola, CA with a second office in Scotts Valley, CA.

Specific duties associated with this position include greeting patients and visitors to our office; answering multi-line phones; scheduling appointments; verifying insurance benefits; communicating with other dental offices; and assisting with patient intake procedures and financial contracts.

Qualified candidates are enthusiastic, outgoing, detail oriented and organized, and have advanced verbal skills. They are also dedicated to our mission of excellent service and patient care.

Additional qualifications:

Typing speed of a minimum of 45 wpm with minimal errors

Spanish-speaking is a bonus
