Common Norse jobs included farmers, blacksmiths, fishermen, traders, warriors, and craftsmen. Farming was the backbone of Norse society, but many also engaged in seafaring, trading, and raiding. Skilled artisans produced tools, weapons, and jewelry, while others served as shipbuilders or skalds (poets). These jobs were vital for the survival and prosperity of Norse communities.
