Sales Manager

Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

We're looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead our Hyundai & Genesis sales team and elevate the guest experience at our luxury dealership.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed performance targets
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with Genesis brand standards
  • Oversee daily sales operations, desking deals, and managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Collaborate closely with F&I and Service to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Track team metrics, maintain inventory knowledge, and implement sales strategies to grow volume
  • Recruit and develop top-tier talent for the sales department

Basic Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and closing abilities
