With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

The Contracts Clerk is responsible for reviewing, processing, and finalizing vehicle sales contracts to ensure accuracy, compliance. This role works closely with sales, finance (F&I), and accounting teams to ensure all deals are properly structured and documented according to dealership policies and lender requirements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Review all deal paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Verify customer information, vehicle details, pricing, and financing terms
  • Ensure all required documents (contracts, titles, disclosures, etc.) are properly signed and included
  • Submit contracts to lenders and follow up to ensure timely funding
  • Identify and correct errors in deals before submission
  • Communicate with F&I managers and sales staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Track deal status from submission through funding
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts and deal jackets
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including Truth in Lending, and dealership policies

Basic Requirements

  • Experience in automotive finance, contract desk, or dealership accounting
  • Strong understanding of deal structure, funding, and lender requirements
  • High attention to detail with the ability to catch and correct errors proactively
  • Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with dealership systems and contract processing tools
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
