Job description

Do you want to manage land projects with clear responsibilities and great influence?

As a site manager in land, you work in a project-based role where you lead projects throughout Norrbotten, with responsibility for creating structure, progress and results where the projects are underway. You will be responsible for the project from planning to completion, focusing on finances, work environment, quality and leadership. The role requires both a holistic approach and presence in production.

Duties:
  • Production planning and daily management
  • Responsibility for finances, forecasts and follow-up
  • Supervise supervisors and skilled workers in the daily work
  • Have contact with clients, subcontractors and other actors in the project
  • Ensure quality, work environment and schedule throughout the project

You drive the project forward with clarity, structure and responsibility, while being close to production and the business where it takes place. We are looking for you who want to take overall responsibility and help create progress in projects throughout Norrbotten.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a site manager or supervisor in land, construction or building
  • Confident in making decisions and taking responsibility
  • Good financial understanding
  • Solution-oriented and decisive
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied working days
  • Can communicate in English in speech and writing
  • Good computer skills
  • B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
