As a site manager in construction, you are responsible for running the project from planning to completion – with responsibility for finances, work environment and leadership. The role involves both an overview and presence in production.

• Production planning and daily management
• Finance, forecasting and monitoring
• Management of supervisors and skilled workers
• Contact with clients and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, work environment and schedule

• Experience as a site manager or supervisor in construction (meritorious)
• Is confident in making decisions and taking responsibility
• Has good financial understanding
• Is solution-oriented and decisive
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with varied working days
• Can communicate in English in speech and writing

B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
