Attorney (Springfield)

Becker, Kellogg & Berry seeks a highly motivated associate attorney with 0-5 years’ experience to assist and handle personal injury cases. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate who has litigation experience in another area or a strong interest in litigation. Virginia Bar required, Maryland and DC bars a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail and be a team player. The job will include lots of client interaction, settlement negotiations, discovery and handling General District Court and Circuit Court Litigation.
