Job description

Dietary Aides (Part-Time/Per Diem)

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. Preps and serves breakfast, snacks and noon meal to all participants according to dietary orders under the supervision and direction of the Registered Dietician (RD) and the Food Service Manager. Also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the serving kitchen and equipment.

Requirement

  • Must have a high School diploma or equivalent
  • Dietary experience in a health care environment along with knowledge of basic health and nutrition preferred.
  • Experience in Long-term care/Nursing Facility preferred
