Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A Regional Driver to transport goods across routes within Indiana and Ohio. This is a local/regional position where drivers are home daily. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Operate a 2021 Freightliner automatic truck safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily regional routes: pick up from customer locations and deliver to facilities in IN and OH.
  • Drop and hook at the receiver, then return with a load to the Indianapolis yard.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules with flexibility for start and end times.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and coworkers.
  • Uphold Red Baron and BWT standards for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Qualifications: 
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • 3+ years of CDL driving experience.
  • Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Current Medical Card and active FMCSA Clearinghouse listing.
  • Familiarity with ELD systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude.
  • Hazmat endorsement is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits: 
  • Hourly Pay: $24 – $26 (based on experience).
