This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.**Job Description**As part of the Back Office development team, this Senior HP NonStop Engineer will analyze business requirements, problems, and deliver quality technical solutions. This team is responsible for application development, modification, maintenance, and support for the IT Back Office. This individual will be actively involved in highly critical back-office applications that involve Corporate Actions, Trade Clearance and Securities Transfer. This individual will also be involved in portions of the full systems life cycle (based on experience/skills) and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Handles complex back-end systems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking.**Responsibilities:*** Develop existing applications and contribute to development of new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements.* Leverage AI platforms for documentation, test automation, support and respond to user It and business stakeholders.* Monitor batch jobs, diagnose, and correct performance issues.* Monitor, identify, and correct software defects and find creative ways, comfortable to work in a dynamic environment to maintain fully functioning applications software.* Teamwork and collaboration with various stake holders are highly expected.* May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.* May recommend new technologies and methodologies to management with both tactical and strategic methods to meet business needs, resolving problems and exploiting opportunities.
