Job Description

JUNGLE Communications, Inc. is in search of an audacious, hard-working, and self-motivated Communications and Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the CEO and be responsible for helping manageย client research, marketing creative, client advertising campaigns, response tracking, and assist in client advertising productions, events and various agency functionsย in a fast-paced work culture.ย ย 

This is an in-office position and is not available as a remote position.

Qualifications

The successful Communications & Marketing Coordinator candidate should:

- have a strong interest in marketing, media, and communications, and must be a skilled writer.

- be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,

- be able to work well under the pressure of multiple deadlines and a wide range of creative personalities,

- beย detail-oriented, energetic and highly organized, and a creative problem solver

- possessย strong research skills, familiarity with major media outlets, and proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must,

- be experienced in and familiar with traditional and digital media platforms.

- have experience working with faith-based organizations, and comfortable communicating within that culture,

- have a clean driver's license, own a car, and be available to drive and/or travel when necessary

- be willing to work late or on weekends when necessary to meet project deadlines

Additional Information

Work Experience utilizing the following is a PLUS:

  • Experience writing ad copy

  • Experience writing press releases

  • Experience with PPC platforms

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices

  • Google Analytics, Google My Business, or Google Tag Manager

  • FB/Instagram/ย Ad Business Manager/ย Meta Business Suite

NOT required, but a PLUS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field

  • Copywriting and/or blog writing experience

  • Experience working with faith-based organizations

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation package - starting salary: $48,000 - $62,000 based on experience.ย 
  • Vacation/holiday pay after 3ย monthsย
