Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are trained healthcare professionals with specific licensing, working in various healthcare environments including hospitals and nursing homes. While both roles involve elderly or patient care, CNAs usually perform more clinical tasks and have formal healthcare credentials, whereas staff at Renaissance Assisted Living may focus more on supportive, non-clinical services.
