Applicant will be required to develop software and tests in Rust and Python. This position leverages Git, CI/CD, and various other development and automation technologies.ย  ย 
  • Work as a part of a team of developers to meet the goals of each sprintย 
  • Code networked and web applications in Rustย 
  • Abide by the Rust Style guide, PEP8, or any other relevant or assigned code style rules.ย 
  • Ensure code tests are thorough, relevant, and accurateย 
  • Write documentation for all audiences, especially other developersย 
  • Define and implement database schemasย 
  • Develop small programs using Pythonย 
Software Developers will perform their duties in a remote setting. ย 
ย 
Required Education, Experience, and Capabilities:ย 
  • Must pass a series of verbal and practical technical interviews covering Rust, Python, and other programming topicsย 
  • Must possess the skills and knowledge of a Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related disciplineย 
  • 3 years of experience programming in Rustย 
  • Either: A) portfolio of current or previous work that can be reviewed during the interview processย 
  • Or B) the ability to rapidly develop a networked program in Rust to showcase practical capabilities in addition to the practical technical interviewย
