The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

This position requires strong technical skills and prior security experience. Our SOC Operator roles are highly sought after and offer an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Experience as a Call Center Representative, Dispatcher, or in Camera Monitoring is highly preferred—but for the right candidate, this role can also serve as a dynamic step forward in a security career.
