ASSISTANT DIRECTOR PATIENT EXPERIENCE job at Montefiore Medical Center. Yonkers, NY.

The Assistant Director (AD) for Patient Experience will assist the Senior Director in leading, overseeing and implementing Patient Experience initiatives across Montefiore Medical Center (MMC) and supervise Network Performance Group Patient Experience Managers and Administrators in these efforts. The AD will be responsible for assessing organizational performance and progress toward achieving MMC strategic goals in patient experience, and as such, hold content expertise in Patient Experience. The AD will be instrumental in communicating with and fostering collaborative relationships towards these goals with physician, nursing, operations and executive leaders, providing guidance for best practices and systems solutions to enhance patient experience. The AD will assist the Senior Director in serving a vital role on Patient Experience committees, providing expert guidance in clinical practices which patient experience and analysis of performance data to inform evidence-based goals.

Education/Skills/Knowlege:

Master's Degree. New York State RN License or Equivalent Nursing License . Seven year's experience Patient Experience certification or equivalent work experience in clinical or administrative healthcare Demonstrated ability to take initiative
