'Non Union' means they are not affiliated with a labor union, and 'Level II' indicates a mid-level certification that qualifies them to set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests, and interpret results. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication are vital soft skills for interpreting test results and working collaboratively with quality and engineering teams. These competencies ensure the reliable detection of material flaws, maintain safety standards, and support overall product integrity.
