Job Description Industrial TIG Welder - Paid Travel & Per Diem $27.00/hr During Paid Training (Non-Union) Earn $35.10/hr After Training & Union Affiliation Based in St. Cloud, MN | 60% U.S. Travel Applicants must currently live in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota, or South Dakota

Ready to put your TIG welding skills to work on projects that matter. We're looking for experienced industrial TIG welders to join a team that installs and maintains critical electrical infrastructure at power plants and industrial facilities across the country. If you're looking to break away from repetitive production work and build a long-term career with paid travel, specialized training, and excellent benefits, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing TIG weld aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and carbon steel Perform horizontal and vertical aluminum pipe welding Read blueprints, weld procedures, and technical drawings Install, inspect, and repair equipment in industrial and power generation facilities Learn specialized electrical bus duct installation through a paid apprenticeship Travel approximately 60% throughout the U.S. Work safely in power plants and other critical industrial environments Compensation & Benefits $27.00/hour during paid training (non-union) $35.10/hour after successful completion of training and union affiliation Daily per diem while traveling Company-paid airfare, hotels, and rental vehicles Paid 3-Year Bus Duct Technician Apprenticeship Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Retirement benefits Ongoing training and career advancement What We're Looking For 1+ years of TIG welding experience Experience welding aluminum and/or stainless steel Industrial fabrication or manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints and follow welding procedures Strong mechanical aptitude Comfortable traveling and working at heights Valid Driver's License Real ID or Passport OSHA 10 Certification Candidates from these backgrounds are encouraged to apply: Industrial fabrication Process piping Pressure vessel manufacturing Food-grade stainless fabrication Dairy or pharmaceutical equipment Aluminum fabrication Marine welding Aerospace manufacturing Industrial maintenance Custom metal fabrication Additional Requirements Pass a background check Pass a drug screen (including marijuana) Pass a DOT physical and pre-placement medical exam Ability to obtain access to nuclear power generation facilities If you're an experienced TIG welder who wants to travel, expand your skills, and build a career supporting the nation's power infrastructure, apply today.
