Job description

Integrated Technical Systems Inc. (ITS) is seeking a Project Manager to join our team as we continue to grow in the New England Region. We are seeking individuals capable of supporting projects for a wide range of equipment associated with security access, barrier gates, and parking/revenue control equipment. No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate. We recognize people as our most valuable asset. Primary Focus:
• Coordination of systems offered by ITS, including security, automated gated access, and related control equipment.
• Assist with documentation for deployment of systems
• Documentation of projects for acceptance by customers.
• Assist with customer documentation on system maintenance and operating procedures.
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations and assist in contract retention.
Key Metrics:
• Must be reliable, organized and professional with solid customer service skills
• Able to work from schematic diagrams, plans, specifications, and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in various challenging situations
• Good communication skills with customers, supervisors and employees
• Knowledge of computers, applications and operating systems
• Understanding of network topology, function and wiring – remove this line.
• Strong mechanical/electrical/technical aptitude
• Ability to visit sites, limited travel, work independently and be flexible regarding changes in schedule
• Able to perform some basic limited CAD sketches and diagrams.

ITS is a Systems Integrator that designs, sells, installs and maintains security access, gates, parking access and revenue control equipment and systems for standalone or networked applications. Factory trained and certified support staff and field technicians perform installations and technical diagnostics, ranging from computer software troubleshooting to electro-mechanical repair. Product solutions include network, wi-fi and cellular based systems that can be seamlessly implemented to meet unique system requirements.
