Technology Partnerships Lead The Opportunity

Join Booz Allen as a Technology Partnerships Lead to shape meaningful collaborations with Mission Technology providers and Enterprise Technology partners in AI, Cyber, and additional emerging technologies. In this role you will develop and manage relationships, coordinate joint go-to-market efforts, and support product adoption through effective partnership strategies. You will drive pipeline development, launch joint offerings, and foster organizational alignment for differentiated solutions. You will lead executive-level reviews and ensure teams are equipped to maximize partnership outcomes.

You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and delivery, focusing on relationships with market-aligned organizations
  • Experience with defense or national security technology markets, including AI, Autonomy, Cloud, Cyber, or Edge C2
  • Knowledge of the federal procurement process
  • Knowledge of market analysis, business strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, or channel development
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, engaging narratives that drive measurable results
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation

Salary range: $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). Total compensation includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work‑life programs, and dependent care.
