• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments to accurately identify the diverse social, emotional, and psychological needs of clients, utilizing appropriate evaluation tools.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique challenges faced by students and their families.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized service plans that are aligned with clients' goals and objectives to promote progress and healing.
• Advocate for clients to ensure they have access to necessary resources, rights, and support systems while addressing broader social justice issues within the community.
• Collaborate closely with community organizations, educational institutions, government entities, and volunteers to develop innovative solutions for enhancing mental health services.
• Document client progress and outcomes meticulously, contributing to program evaluation, grant reporting, and continuous improvement of services.
• Engage actively in training sessions, team meetings, and community outreach activities to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends within the field.

The primary focus of this role involves working with students and their families in the school system, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our client population is diverse and often includes vulnerable groups that may have additional barriers to accessing mental health support. By providing professional guidance and resources, you will empower these individuals to overcome obstacles and promote their overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in trauma-informed care, social justice advocacy, and community engagement practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to connect with clients and community stakeholders.
• Organizational skills that enable effective management of multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

• Previous experience working in a nonprofit environment, particularly within school-based settings.
• Proven track record of employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies in group and individual contexts.
• Familiarity with community resources and programs that support mental health and social services.
• Experience with grant writing and program evaluation efforts.

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
