COMMUNITY BRIDGES IS GROWING - JOIN OUR TEAM!Community Bridges is seeking One Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our  Day Program in Bradford, NH.Founded in 1982, Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the integration, growth, and interdependence of individuals with developmental disabilities within their own communities. Serving more than 1,100 individuals and families throughout the Greater Capital Area, we work to remove barriers and create meaningful community connections.Position OverviewAs a Day Program Direct Support Professional, you will promote abilities-not disabilities by supporting individuals in building skills, confidence, and meaningful connections within their community.
