Compensation:
  1. Salary: $36.68-$45/hr based on experience
  2. Shift Differentials:
  3. Evening Shift $1.50
  4. Night Shift $1.50
  5. Weekend Evening Shift $1.50
  6. Weekend Night Shift $1.50
  7. Extra $4.00 per hour instead of benefits
