Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, possesses excellent patient care skills, and thrives in a fast-paced medical spa environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and prepare patients for consultations and treatments.
  • Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs.
  • Assist physicians and aesthetic providers during medical and cosmetic procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical equipment.
  • Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • Educate patients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
  • Manage patient scheduling and assist with follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Inventory and organize medical supplies.
  • Ensure all treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Previous experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medicine, or a medical spa is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as Botox®, dermal fillers, laser procedures, microneedling, PRP, IV therapy, and medical-grade skincare is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
