West Social Tap & Table is looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our growing team. We’re a fast-paced, social atmosphere known for great drinks, good vibes, and excellent service. If you thrive in a busy bar environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu items, and daily specials
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and tabs responsibly
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow all state/local liquor laws
  • Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with bar staff, servers, and management

Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
