We are a growing ambulance service providing safe, reliable, and compassionate emergency and non-emergency medical transportation throughout Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and West Virginia.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Full-Time Dispatcher to coordinate ambulance operations and ensure timely, efficient patient transportation. You'll serve as the communication link between field crews, healthcare facilities, and patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and coordinate emergency and non-emergency transports
  • Monitor unit status and assign calls
  • Communicate with crews, hospitals, and healthcare partners
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records
  • Provide exceptional customer service
