What is a non lifting?

A Non Lifting job refers to a position that does not require employees to lift heavy objects or engage in strenuous physical labor. These roles are often found in office environments, customer service, administrative work, or other settings where the primary duties involve sitting, standing, or light movement. Non Lifting jobs can be suitable for individuals seeking less physically demanding work due to medical reasons or personal preference.
