What You'll Work On

Our projects span residential, commercial, institutional, solar, and green infrastructure developments. You'll have the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycleโ€”from initial design and permitting through construction.

๏ปฟWhat You'll Do

As a Licensed Civil Engineer, you'll take an important role in designing and delivering site development and infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stormwater management design and hydrology calculations
  • SWPPP preparation and erosion & sediment control plans
  • Site grading, drainage, driveways, sidewalks, and related site improvements
  • Potable water and sanitary sewer design
  • Construction plans and specifications
  • Engineering studies and reports for water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater projects
  • SEQR documentation and municipal permitting
  • Construction-phase support and occasional field visits
  • Reviewing work and mentoring junior engineers and designers

You'll work closely with other engineers, landscape architects, clients, contractors, and municipalities to turn concepts into buildable projects.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with site development and stormwater management.
  • Strong design experience with grading, drainage, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and hydrology software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in both an office and construction environment.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

What We Offer:
  • Salary $95,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company HSA contribution
  • Generous PTO
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Profit sharing
  • Educational assistance
  • Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities

Interested?

If you're a PE who wants to take ownership of meaningful site-development projects, work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team, and help mentor the next generation of engineers, we'd like to hear from you.
