VDOT - Asset Management Team is looking to fill a Business Analyst position with a candidate.
  1. 12-to-18-month contract & Possibl extension
  2. Hybrid:3 days per week required at 1401 East Broad Street

  4. 5+ years of BA Experience in IT project. IT software/application project experience required

  1. Analytical Thinking
    1. Review, Analyze complex process and systems and break them down into manageable parts.
    2. Has strong problem-solving skills - finds root causes, and not just symptoms.
  1. Technical Proficiency
    1. Familiarity with enterprise software - like, Oracle, SQL Server.
    2. Understanding of databases (SQL), APIs, Data Flow Diagrams.
    3. Not necessarily a developer but should have a strong understanding of how IT systems work.
