Job description

IMGE is looking for an operative to own organic and paid social media across a client roster that spans political campaigns, corporate brands, and issue advocacy. You will set strategy, build content calendars, write copy that performs, and run day-to-day publishing and community engagement.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thinks in platforms, moves fast, and can carry a campaign from concept to post to reporting. You will work alongside our creative, media, and account teams, and be trusted to make the call on what ships and when. Three or more years managing social media for brands, campaigns, or advocacy organizations, in‑house or agency side.

A body of organic and paid work you can speak to, with results you helped drive.

  • Fluency across the major platforms and their ad managers, especially Meta Ads Manager.
  • Sharp copywriting instincts and an ear for matching voice to client and channel.
  • Comfort reading performance data and turning it into decisions.
  • Strong project management habits and the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping detail.
  • Clear, direct communication with teammates and clients.
  • Political, public affairs, or advocacy campaign experience.
  • Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools such as Meltwater, and paid platforms such as StackAdapt.
  • Hands‑on experience with short‑form video and creator marketing.
  • Basic design or video editing skills.
