We have a new opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager intake meeting, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process.
  • Partner with leadership to develop job descriptions and support workforce planning.
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and successfully recruit key talent for exempt and non-exempt level roles.
  • Build, engage, and maintain pre-qualified as well as prospective candidate pools of strong former candidates and new candidates.
  • Support talent acquisition initiative for the organization, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and background checks.
  • Manage the new hire onboarding process.
  • Act as a consultant to the organization to support HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide additional support to human resources programs as needed, such as in training, development, benefits, safety, and compliance.

 Qualifications:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Requires proven experience sourcing and recruiting craft laborers in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to source talent for all levels of the organization including exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Experience working in construction or related industries.
  • Experience working in corporate talent acquisition.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set clear goals and deliver into key objectives independently.
