Job description

Property Management Coordinator
Angel Fire Resort is now hiring for a Property Management Coordinator to join our team. The PM Coordinator carries out an array of duties as needed to ensure reservations are scheduled properly and properties are ready for guest arrival. In this position, you will inspect and prepare properties for reservations, conduct monthly PM inventory checks, manage reservations, and work as a team with other departments. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable undertaking a range of duties, and work well alongside other property management staff. Base Pay: Starts at $18/hr

A typical shift: 8am-5pm
Required Certs or Licenses: Current driver’s license with driving record insurable under resort insurance
Qualifications: Experience in property management and/or administration preferred
Min Age: 18 years old
Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Conducts property inspections by checking the cleanliness of entire property and ensuring site is ready for guest arrival
  • Monitors and restocks property supplies such as toilet paper, soap, towels, cookware etc.
  • Creates work order for any repairs found during property inspection and relays work order to maintenance
  • Conducts monthly property management inventory count and replenishes needed supplies
  • Conducts monthly key inventory to ensure all property keys are accounted for and locks function properly
  • Monitors guests’ communication through different platforms (internal systems, VRBO, Airbnb) and responds to any questions or changes to reservations
  • Responds to owner communications and refers owners to PM Manager regarding sensitive property inquiries
  • Regularly checks voicemails, emails, and reservations daily
  • Works with Lodge front desk staff to check in reservations as needed
  • Works as a team with the Lodging staff and supports Housekeeping with tasks as needed
  • Provides guests with general resort information and promotes resort activities and events
  • Responds to guests concerns or complaints and works towards resolution
  • Carries out any other tasks as assigned by PM Manager
Environment: This is a mostly indoor position. Must be able to sit and talk for periods of time, stand/walk for periods of time, regularly lift/carry up to 30lbs, and occasionally lift/carry up to 50lbs.
Qualifications: Front Desk and Property Management experience is an advantage but not required.
