Join the Feldkamp Enterprises Team Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc., a Marsden Holding Company, is a trusted non-union mechanical contractor based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We specialize in commercial and industrial HVAC installation, retrofit, and mechanical systems. Our team is growing—and we're looking for Assistant Project Manager to join us.

The Assistant Project Manager (APM) supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial HVAC, plumbing, and piping projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role helps ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards. The APM works closely with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, general contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Support project scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents. Assist with procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

Assist project budget tracking and cost reporting. Assist with job cost reviews and forecasting. Coordinate with superintendents and field foremen to ensure project milestones are met.

Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Assist in resolving design and coordination issues. Help ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.

Maintain professional communication with clients, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Assist with close-out documentation and turnover packages. Help maintain strong working relationships to promote repeat business.

Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in commercial mechanical construction. Field experience with HVAC, plumbing, and/or mechanical piping systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project) Ability to communicate professionally. ComputerEase experience is a plus. Procore experience is a plus.

Work Environment: Work Environment Combination of office and active construction job site environments. Occasional travel to project sites may be required. Must be able to walk job sites and climb ladders as needed.
