Job Title: NDT Inspector Payrate: $29/hr. to $35/hr. on w2 with full benefits Duration: Direct Hire (2ND Shift)
Address: 3580 Shaw Blvd, Naples, FL 34117
Education: High School Diploma/GED Duties
Operate state-of-the-art radiography and fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) equipment while ensuring precision and compliance with aerospace quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine inspection techniques, reduce waste, and continuously improve value stream efficiency.
Play a key role in developing future talent by training and mentoring Level I and II technicians in inspection methods and safety best practices.
Insure that travelers, routings and TMD's are being complied with throughout the department.
Work closely with experienced engineers, weld specialists, and cross-functional teams in a culture that values teamwork, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
