Job description

Principales fonctions : L’agent.e effectue les tâches administratives liées à la réglementation des véhicules routiers conformément à la Loi 430 et la gestion du système de qualité. Il/elle accompagne et encadre les utilisateurs de véhicules routiers afin d’assurer le respect des exigences réglementaires et contribue à prévenir les risques, à assurer la conformité aux lois et normes applicables et à promouvoir une culture proactive en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE). Plus spécifiquement :

  • Assurer la conformité réglementaire des activités de transport, de déneigement, de logistique et de mécanique, tout en veillant au respect des lois, normes et exigences applicables
  • Réaliser des audits, inspections et analyses de risques afin de promouvoir la sécurité, la prévention et l'amélioration continue des opérations
  • Assurer le maintien, le suivi et l'amélioration du système de gestion de la qualité (SGQ), incluant les audits internes, les non-conformités et les actions correctives
  • Effectuer une veille réglementaire et recommander les ajustements nécessaires aux politiques, procédures et pratiques de l'organisation
  • Former et accompagner les employés en matière de conformité, de qualité et de bonnes pratiques opérationnelles
  • Produire les rapports requis, conseiller la direction sur les enjeux réglementaires et collaborer avec les différents départements, fournisseurs et partenaires externes

Exigences :

  • DEP, DEC ou BAC en santé et sécurité au travail, en environnement, en gestion des risques ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Toute certification pertinente (ASP, SIMDUT, TMD ou autre) est un atout
  • 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE), idéalement dans les secteurs du transport, de la logistique ou en milieu industriel
