Both roles involve passenger transportation but differ in scope, licensing, and work environment.

For a shuttle bus driver position, a non-commercial driver's license (such as a standard Class D license) is typically sufficient, but some employers or states may require a commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsements. It is important to check local regulations and employer requirements, as they can vary depending on the size of the vehicle and the passenger capacity.

To become a good non-commercial drivers license shuttle driver, you should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and good knowledge of traffic laws.
