The Renfrew Center of Philadelphia (Roxborough) offers an unmatched opportunity, in the field of eating disorders, for a Behavioral Health Therapist to work in an environment that changes lives. Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy for both adults and adolescents, case management services 
  • Collaborate with referral sources and outpatient providers (therapists, dieticians, primary care physicians, psychiatrists)
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure continued authorization of case load 
  • Participate as an active member of the treatment team. 
  • Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner. 

Requirements

Education, Competencies and Credentials:  

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health Required
  • LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with preferred. 
  • Experience working with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some evenings required.
