Position: L2-L3 Support Engineer Location: Dallas, Texas Contract
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques in Telecom domain and IMS (4G/5G/LTE) Core networks.
Experience in Case Handling, including Emergency Support activities
Experience in Conducting root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the IMS VoLTE domain including of Nokia IMS Core products including CNCS, Nokia TAS,
Nokia SBC, MRF, LIMS, SMSC/MMSC, BMC, Presence Server, UMC, SMS Gateway
Competences and Expertise in LTE/5G system validation (end-to-end performance, KPI handling, mobile devices).
Deep knowledge and understanding of SIP, Diameter and H.248 Protocols including knowledge of TLS, IPSEC, RTP.
Solid experience with Protocol Analyzer Tools (Wireshark) and internal message flow protocols.
Knowledge and experience with Linux. Strong scripting skills and ability to automate manual tasks which could be easily
converted to a script using shell, python.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, VMWare, OpenStack, Kubernetes, CBIS, CBAM, and NCS
