Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).

·       Lead technical design discussions and make architecture decisions for complex systems.

·       Break down complex business requirements into technical solutions.

·       Mentor and coach junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.

·       Drive code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.

·       Collaborate with product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

·       Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

·       Lead the team through challenging technical problems and production issues.

Required Experience

·       8+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in the MEAN Stack.

·       Deep knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and microservices.

·       Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications.

·       Strong understanding of software design patterns, security, and system architecture.

·       Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

·       Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of handling complex technical challenges.

·       Experience with CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
