Job Summary:
Dice is seeking an experienced AEM Fullstack Developer to support a high-impact digital experience initiative with a leading financial services client, State Street. This role involves designing, developing, and integrating scalable digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and modern frontend frameworks like Next.js, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) across both frontend and backend layers
• Build and integrate modern frontend applications using Next.js and JavaScript frameworks
• Develop backend services and integrations using Node.js and Java
• Work within AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and/or on-prem environments
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and DevOps best practices
• Integrate AEM with third-party systems, APIs, and marketing technologies
• Support content migrations, component development, and platform enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and code quality
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8-12+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on AEM
• Hands-on experience with AEM (AEMaaCS and/or on-premise)
• Strong proficiency in: Java
• Strong proficiency in: JavaScript / Next.js
• Strong proficiency in: Node.js
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
• Solid understanding of AEM architecture, components, workflows, and integrations
• Experience working across fullstack development (frontend + backend)
• Ability to work in hybrid/on-site environments (must be located near listed locations)
Preferred:
