We are seeking a NOC Technician to provide server, network monitoring, and operations support to key government customers.
The NOC Technician will support the 24x7x365 Network Operations Center in providing network monitoring and service. This program will maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our country's most important missions both at home and abroad. The NOC Technician shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), customer networks, Intranet and Internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system.
  • Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
  • Perform routine network startup/shutdown procedures and maintain control records.
  • This position requires work on weekends and holidays as the GNOC operates 24x7x365.
  • Night shift (6pm-6am). Candidate will train on Day Shift for 6-8 weeks before moving to Night Shift.

Required Skills:
  • Candidate must have a total of 7 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 7 years of relevant work history OR an Associate's and 5 years, a Bachelors' and 3 years, a Masters and 1 year or a PhD and 0 years of relevant work history.
  • Candidates must have hands on troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT systems.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
Pay Range: $139,939 - $161,939
