WHAT YOU'LLDO

  • Support Bartenders by ensuring they have all necessary supplies for efficient, high-quality beverage servicein accordance withFour Seasons standards

  • Stock the bar with ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, beer, and other supplies as needed

  • Fill liquor requisitions accurately andmaintainproper stock levels

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, shelves, and equipment

  • Assistwith bussing tables and clearing glassware as needed

  • Demonstrate excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills

WHAT TOBRING

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in UnitedStates

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto 50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Weekend and Holiday availability required.

  • Maintain basic knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor; strong beverage knowledge is a plus
