Description

The role of a barista extends beyond just making coffee. At Lori's Recharged, you will provide a trusted place for joy and support when people need it most. You will provide products and services that nurture, inspire, and comfort. As a Barista in our Recharged coffee shops, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and engaging from the heart while creating and serving delicious beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by practicing GUEST standards (Greet, Understand, Educate, Suggest, and Thank)
  • Take guest orders and process payments using the point of sale (POS)
  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils
  • Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:
