Job description

CareTeam Solutions is seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist with ERCP for ongoing locum call coverage at a 399-bed acute tertiary care hospital in Bay City, Michigan — through end of 2026 and into 2027.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Mon–Thu 24-hr call (7am–7am) | Fri 12-hr shift (7am–7pm) | No weekend call
• ERCP required
• Hospitalist support onsite
• 2 colorectal surgeons in community
• GI clinic less than half a mile from hospital
• Waterfront community — small town charm with big city amenities
Compensation:
• $315/hr (clinical hours)
• $2,500 per 24-hr call day
• Orientation: $158/hr
• Holidays: $472.50/hr (1.5x)
• Travel reimbursement capped at $150/day (incl. taxes)
• Local/driving candidates preferred
Open Blocks:
• July 27 – July 31, 2026
• December 28, 2026 – January 1, 2027
• Ongoing coverage need through 2026
