A No Weekend LPN is a Licensed Practical Nurse who works a schedule that does not require shifts on weekends. These positions are ideal for nurses seeking a better work-life balance or who have weekend commitments. No Weekend LPNs perform the same duties as other LPNs, such as providing basic patient care, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities, but their shifts are limited to weekdays only.

What can I expect from the work schedule and patient care responsibilities as a No Weekend LPN?

As a No Weekend LPN, you can expect a consistent weekday schedule, typically working Monday through Friday, which supports better work-life balance. Your daily responsibilities may include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with basic care, and collaborating closely with RNs and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
