Banner LPNs provide basic nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and doctors, assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting daily living activities. They work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities, helping ensure patients receive quality care. Banner LPNs are valued for their clinical skills, compassion, and ability to work as part of a healthcare team.

Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, vital signs monitoring equipment, and medication administration protocols is essential. Strong organizational skills, compassion, and effective communication are important soft skills that enhance patient interactions and teamwork. These competencies ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
