Bi-Lingual Japanese Communication Specialist

Peachtree City, Georgia

Weekly Schedule: Hybrid Monday‑Thursday in office, Friday remote. Interviews will be conducted by HR in Peachtree City GA; the candidate must be local.

Job Category: Professional. Must be proficient in Japanese as they will be working with the Japan group daily.

Internal Communications
  • Responsible for end‑to‑end creation and deployment of internal communications supporting business and culture initiatives such as Modern Workplace, Safe Restart, Lead & Tell, etc.
  • Serves as point person for all business‑related communication requests ensuring SLA process is followed. Manage content calendar, determine appropriate platform to utilize, and timing.
  • Responsible for ongoing collaboration with creative and IT teams to ensure MyHub remains up to date with current and relevant content. Routinely review and recommend improvements to the site.
  • Assists in the coordination, content planning and execution of live meetings and events such as the All Hands Meeting, Real Talks, Information Sessions and Lead the Change.
  • Develops messaging and communications to support business and culture initiatives such as 90‑Day Sprints, Modern Workplace and Performance Engagement.
  • Responsible for ensuring remains an employer of choice through external and internal talent channels such as Glassdoor, career site, NEO and social media. Manage award submission process.
  • Leads Employee Spotlight initiative by identifying candidates, interviewing, and creating written briefs and/or videos in alignment with company culture and DE&I objectives.
  • Provides support for external communications and events. Helps amplify internally to employees.
  • Analyzes effectiveness of marketing programs by monitoring key analytics, reporting to the team and offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Builds cross‑functional relationships with brand and marketing peers to evaluate existing strategy and identify ways to enhance to proactively drive corporate messages.

  • Responsible for the management of information security as part of the normal management of the business. Must cooperate with the company ISM professionals in implementing the information security policies within the company, and ensures that information is handled in compliance with the Global ISM related regulations.
