Position Overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, behavioral evaluations, and develops and implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral needs. The BCBA serves as a clinical educator who observes, assesses, and supports behavioral service delivery within the school setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide consultation and training to educators and support staff
- Monitor student progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Support behavioral programming and educational success
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and professional standards
Requirements
? Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through BACB
? Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
? ESA Certification required
? School-based experience preferred
? Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred
? Compliance with professional standards of practice
? Current CPR certification (if applicable)
? Current TB screening, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)
? Current health certificate (if required)
? Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
? Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum Requirements:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
- Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
- One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
