Position Summary

Perform professional tree maintenance activities as directed by the Crew Leader by safely performing the following duties:

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in tree climbing and rigging
  • Able to demonstrate working knowledge of basic climbing knots and rigging devices used in tree trimming and removal operations
  • Lift heavy objects over 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Climb trees, using climbing hooks and belts, or climb ladders to gain access to work areas
  • Evaluate tree health for safety of climb

Compensation Pay Range:

$30-$40/hour
