Discovery Sales Representative | Margaritaville Rio Mar
Summary:
This position's main purpose is to sell the guest a trial membership program (Discovery); which allows the client to experience Travel + Leisure's Club Wyndham and Margaritaville first hand.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Conduct digital survey regarding guests' experience and present the Discovery program professionally, with the goal of selling guests the Discovery program.
  • Answer all guests' questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
  • When a guest purchases, you will prepare a digital worksheet including all required information.
  • Answer all post sale client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
  • Any other assigned duties as requested by supervisor.
  • Meeting the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Must have proven sales experience.
  • Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technology Fluent
  • Full availability to work weekends and holidays required.
